Problem

  • Emails frequently go unnoticed or get lost in the shuffle
  • Passwords criteria is confusing and messy
  • Setting up 2 factor authentication is confusing
  • Critical information often lacks the necessary emphasis

Solution

Rather than isolating each section as individual steps with the sole aim of extracting specific information, our approach involved interconnecting each stage of the process.

By considering the entire user experience, we diligently designed each process to inform and enrich the subsequent one, creating a more cohesive and seamless journey.
