Internal software, designed for AdventHealth employees and contractors, serves as initiation and administration of user profiles, password management, and two-factor authentication setup.
Rather than isolating each section as individual steps with the sole aim of extracting specific information, our approach involved interconnecting each stage of the process.
By considering the entire user experience, we diligently designed each process to inform and enrich the subsequent one, creating a more cohesive and seamless journey.
We streamlined the setup process with three steps and established user expectations at the beginning.
Then we brought emphasis and interaction to vital information to ensure user comprehension.
